Lutterworth Athletic Football Club has two exciting off-the-pitch opportunities as the club continues to grow both on and off the field.


As a community-focused football club with ambitious plans for the future, we are looking to strengthen our commercial operations by recruiting a Commercial Director and a Business Network Lead to play key roles in our ongoing development.


These roles are ideal for motivated individuals with strong local business connections and a passion for grassroots football.


Commercial Director


The Commercial Director role will lead the club’s overall commercial strategy and help drive sustainable revenue growth to support football operations and long-term ambitions.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the club’s commercial strategy

  • Identifying, securing and managing sponsorships and partnerships

  • Building strong relationships with local and regional businesses

  • Driving revenue growth and increasing the club’s profile


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in sales, sponsorship, business development or partnership management

  • Knowledge of and contacts within local businesses in the region

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • A results-focused mindset

  • A genuine passion for football and community-based clubs

Business Network Lead (The 100 Club)


Alongside the Commercial Director role, the club is also recruiting a Business Network Lead to oversee and grow The 100 Club, our dedicated local business network.


The 100 Club brings together local businesses who support the club for £100 per year, receiving benefits such as networking events, pitch-side visibility and a free season ticket.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing The 100 Club business network

  • Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses

  • Recruiting new members and retaining existing partners

  • Organising and supporting quarterly networking events

  • Ensuring members receive the full benefits of the scheme


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of and connections within the local business community

  • Experience in networking, relationship management or business development

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A proactive and people-focused approach

  • An interest in football and community initiatives
