Lutterworth Athletic FC are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual to lead the club’s off-the-pitch growth and strengthen our commercial partnerships.

 

The role will involve:

 

• Developing and delivering the club’s commercial strategy

• Identifying, securing and managing sponsorships and partnerships

• Building strong relationships with local and regional businesses

• Driving revenue growth to support the club’s long-term ambitions

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

• Experience in sales, sponsorship, business development or partnership management

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge and established contacts with local businesses in the region

• A results-focused mindset with the ability to deliver commercial targets

• A genuine passion for football and community-focused clubs
