Joseph Morris Butchers return for Lutterworth Athletic Charity Match in aid of SLOW

Lutterworth Athletic plays host to another very special fixture this weekend.

Long-time club sponsors Joseph Morris Butchers are once again teaming up with Zimbabwe Leicester FC to form a squad to take on Lutterworth Athletic Reserves in a charity football match organised by Andy Morris in aid of the charity SLOW.

SLOW is a UK charity that provides emotional support and a safe space for bereaved parents and siblings following the loss of a child or sibling.

The charity has been supporting families since 2007 and became a registered charity in 2015.

Kick off is 2pm on Sunday 2nd August, with admission priced at £5, which not only includes entry but also food from the BBQ as well.

There will be activities on the day, music and entertainment, and plenty going on both on and off the pitch.

The BBQ will be firing all afternoon and the bar will be open too, so there is no excuse not to make a day of it.

Come down, enjoy some football and food, and help raise some important funds for a brilliant cause.

Whether you are a regular at the Ausden Clark Arena or coming down for the very first time, everyone is welcome.
