On Sunday 1st June at 2pm, join us at the Ausden Clark Arena for a charity football match at Lutterworth Athletic, as sponsor Joseph Morris Butchers takes on the Lutterworth Never Have Beens in what promises to be another memorable match.

Entry is just £3 per person, with all proceeds going to Alzheimer's Society.

Plus, our bar and kitchen will be open, serving up hot food and refreshing drinks to keep you fuelled whilst watching the action and supporting the teams.

Joseph Morris Butchers is a much-loved, fourth-generation family business with shops in Rugby, South Kilworth, and Wigston.

Established in 1930, they’ve built their name on supplying high-quality meat to local families and restaurants, and now they’re looking to bring that same quality to the pitch!

Their team will feature a selection of players from across their business who are ready to swap steak knives for shin pads in support of a worthy cause.

The Never Have Beens Return After Match vs Ausden Clark

The Lutterworth Never Have Beens are back in action following their previous charity match against Ausden Clark on Friday 4th April.

The match saw no less than 14 goals scored as the Never Have Beens edged victory, winning by an 8-6 scoreline on the night.

That game raised vital funds for LOROS, a Leicestershire-based hospice providing high-quality care and support to terminally ill adults and their families.

This time, the Atho Never Have Beens are ready to face the butchers!

Leading the team once again as player-manager as well as captain is the club's Operations Director John Smith-Howell, with other players including Mikey Richardson and Rod Tranter.
