Lutterworth Athletic 7-3 Allexton & New Parks
Saturday 24th January 2026
Lutterworth Athletic continued their excellent home form with a 7–3 victory over Allexton & New Parks at Ausden Clark Arena.
From the off, Atho looked bright in possession and relentless going forward, however the clinical edge was missing as they were not able to make their dominance pay early.
The breakthrough finally came when Sam Lockley opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, before adding a second in the 39th.
In Lockley's first and second, Kieron Brehon, Taylor Blyth, and Adam Shaw all found the net inside in quick succession, giving the hosts a commanding 5-0 lead by the break.
Changes at half time, and some complacency crept in, and to the credit of the visitors who did not let the 1st half affect them, responded in the second half hitting three goals of their own.
Ethan Flaig and a second from Kieron Brehon, however, sealed the emphatic 7–3 scoreline, capping a dominant display of attacking football.
That win makes it four home wins on the bounce and continues an unbeaten start to 2026 for Dan Carter's men.
Next up for Atho is a home fixture against local side AFC North Kilworth at Ausden Clark Arena, certainly not one to be missed!
